How to Measure Bracelet Size

In order to ensure your custom made clasp bracelet fits well, accurate measurements should be taken. Using a measuring tape, find the widest part of your wrist and tightly wrap the tape around. Whatever number after wrapping, add 1 additional inch (2.5 cm) to that number and order the bracelet closest to that size. This extra inch will ensure a comfortable bracelet size after charms are added.

If you are ordering for a child, select either the 16cm or 17cm bracelet. These sizes are also applicable to women who have very thin wrists. For most women though, a 19cm bracelet is the proper size. This is roughly a 7.5-inch bracelet and allows charms to be added to the bracelet without fitting tightly. When in doubt about bracelet sizes, order a slightly larger size.

For slip-on bracelet sizing, tightly wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hand. Since leather bracelets can only accommodate 5-9 charms, add 1/2 inch to 1-inch to your wrist measurement.
