Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, and we manage it over 99% of the time, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped. Please add in extra processing time for ring sizing, engraving and special orders.

Alternative Shipping Addresses
Amoro can ship your order to your home or to any other more convenient destination. However, as a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, for all purchases to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address we will need to confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address. Once you have spoken to your bank, please contact our Customer Care Team to complete your purchase.
Signature Required
Jewelry valued over $100 USD and shipped either internationally or in the US will require an adult signature upon arrival. Please note that Amoro will not be held responsible for the safe delivery of your package if you have a .Release of Signature. card on file with UPS or USPS.
International Sourcing
As part of Amoro.s commitment to provide the absolute best value for your money, we occasionally commission suburb craftsmen that operate from international locations. Amoro will pay for any duties or taxes on jewelry entering the US, if your order was dispatched from an international location. Customers outside the US will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes assessed by the authorities in your own country.
